- "Service" — any legal service provided by Ikatan Law, including divorce and separation guidance, custody and guardianship support, and marital agreement drafting and review.
- "We / Us / Our" — Ikatan Law, a legal practice located at A-2-7, Wisma Subang, Jalan SS15/4, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
- "User / You" — any person visiting our website or engaging our services.
- "Website" — the site located at ikatanla.blog.
2. Acceptance of Terms

6. Fees and Payment
Indicative starting fees for our services are:
- Divorce and Separation Guidance: from RM 175
- Custody and Guardianship: from RM 620
- Marital Agreements: from RM 330
All fees are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Actual fees are confirmed in writing before any work commences. Payment terms are set out in your engagement agreement. We accept payment by bank transfer and other methods as agreed.
Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the work already undertaken at the time of the request.

We reserve the right to withdraw our services if continuing the engagement would be contrary to our professional obligations or ethical duties under the Legal Profession Act 1976.
10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall first be referred to informal resolution through communication with us directly at [email protected].
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
11. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any engagement letter, constitute the full agreement between us.
- Severability: If any clause is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in full effect.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
